Lovely rural views, carport parking, private entrance, cows wandering in the paddocks, Fred the horse usually trots past or stops at the back gate, (haven't seen lately....may have died), Just saw another horse that looks like Fred! 3 min from hot springs, sound of the ocean in the back ground...............all happening.
